It may appear that manners are not important in child development, but manners are. Understanding and using good manners has so many positives. Manners show courtesy and empathy towards others; indicates thoughtfulness, and reflects on the child’s upbringing and education.

Good manners are necessary for people to get along together in this world. Below are some good manners we are learning; Please, Thank You, excuse me, I’m sorry and No Thank You.

Also, respecting others’ sensibilities, covering their mouths from a sneeze or cough, wiping their noses when it’s runny, and washing their hands before and after meals.
